Shipping and Handling
Please note when ordering from the studio, most pieces are not in stock but will be thrown when ordered. Allow four to six weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are calculated
after you have made your shopping choice according to a formula which is
clearly shown on the shopping basket page. We want your online
shopping experience to be as uncomplicated and pleasant as we can make it.
If you require priority shipment, there may be extra charges and we will
contact you by phone to make arrangements. NEVER email credit card
information to anyone..
Warranty and Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product we
deliver to you is less than represented just give us a call toll free (In North
America) at 1-866-348-0240 within seven days of receipt and we will arrange for you to
return the item for a full refund, less shipping and handling. (Please use the original packing). All items
from Out of the Fire Studio will arrive unbroken and as represented or we will
replace that item upon proof of damage. Once you use the pottery there can be no
guarantee against breakage. Pottery will endure for generations of use if the
owner exercises reasonable care. Pottery will break if dropped onto hard
surfaces. Thermal shock can cause pottery to break. Do not place a frozen pot in
the oven. Not for stove top use. Do not place a hot pot in cold water or on a
cold surface. Glazes are durable but not indestructible. Burned on food can be
removed by soaking in hot soapy water and then scrubbing with a plastic scrub
pad. If you believe you have receiveed a defective piece of pottery please contact us toll

Privacy and Security
No customer information including email addresses will ever be sold or disclosed to anyone else. We never possess any of your credit card information
unless you voluntarily disclose it to us by phone or fax. All of that information
entered online is handled by InternetSecure and Inline Systems through their secure 128 bit encrypted servers.
Only information specific to your order and shipping address is ever in our possession and is disclosed to no one else. We value your privacy.
