Pots New A Look at New Glazes at Out of the Fire Studio

	"Pots New" From time to time we'll post images of our latest glaze efforts. Some good some not. All pots are fired to time and temperature schedules approximating cone 6 in ConeArt/Shimpo computer controlled electric kilns, oxidation atmosphere.
	Click for a larger view Here is a flat tray as an example of using glass as decoration at cone six. (The kids call these "Dr Seuss" trees!)

	Click for a larger view This is an example of our Moonshadow Glaze with glass pieces added to give the blue accent marks. Cone 6 ish oxidation (electric). We've done several pieces this way. Just remember a little bit goes a long way, otherwise you will wind up with the pot stuck to the shelf! Added April 12,2008
